PACKAGES FOR COMPANY FORMATION SILVER PACKAGE |
| This package will include the following services: |
- Approval of availability of name of the proposed company from the office of the Registrar of Companies.

Obtaining of Director Identification Number and Digital Signatures of the Directors of the Company.

Drafting of standard or as provided by the Clients of Memorandum and Articles of Association of the proposed Company including printing and stamping of the same.

The Authorised capital of the Company shall be in accordance with provisions of The Companies Act, 1956, as may be prevailing on date of filing application.

Filing of Memorandum and Articles of Association along with other documents with the office of Registrar of Companies (ROC) for incorporation of the Company.
- Obtaining Certificate of Incorporation of Company from ROC.
